Two Friends, One Dream
The Armory Founders: Nick Willis & Dustin Sanford
We are lucky enough to have been friends since the second grade, and ever since we met we've pushed each other to be the best we can be in whatever we put our hands to. Obviously there have been ups and downs in that pursuit of excellence over the years, but we continue to push each other as we strive to be the men we were created to be.
Disc golf means so much to us because it gives an opportunity to have fun around people we love, while playing a game that we love, while being tested both physically and mentally. The combination of sport and the good conversations that go along with a round of disc golf is a recipe for a good time, and we know we aren't alone in that sentiment.
The Need
The Birth of a Disc Golf Shop
Dustin moved to College Station in 2021 and realized there wasn’t anywhere to buy plastic in a 1.5 hour radius! We stocked up around 100 discs to sell and before we knew it, the first disc golf pro shop in the Brazos Valley was born.
But we aren't content with providing a "normal" disc golf store experience. From its outset, Armory Disc Golf has been aimed at providing you the premium disc golf experience- not just in the Brazos Valley, but for disc golfers everywhere. The best customer service, the best tournaments, and the best shopping experience possible are what we aim for.
Armory Disc Golf continues to exist in the Bryan, College Station area and equips folks with their disc golf needs, but also exists across the nation through various social media platforms. Connect on YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram!
