Flight Numbers & Performance
The Mamba features radical flight numbers that highlight its extreme understability and massive glide. Operating on official ratings of Speed: 11, Glide: 6, Turn: -5, and Fade: 1, it naturally wants to flip up, stay aloft, and soar down the fairway.
| Speed | Glide | Turn | Fade |
|---|---|---|---|
| 11 | 6 | -5 | 1 |
How the Duo Mamba fits your game by arm speed:
- Slower Arm Speeds & Beginners: For players who struggle to get high-speed drivers to fly straight, the Mamba acts as an incredible distance-booster. The massive -5 turn helps keep the disc from meat-hooking early, allowing you to achieve beautiful S-curve flights without needing pro-level power.
- Intermediate & Advanced Players: Medium-to-strong arms can utilize the Mamba for effortless hyzer flips that stand up and ride straight, or for massive, panning turnover shots and effortless rollers.
- Wind Warning: The Mamba is a tailwind bomber! Because it is so understable, throwing it into a headwind is highly discouraged, as it will likely turn over completely and burn out into the ground.
The Duo Plastic Advantage
What is Innova Duo? It is Innova's newest premium molding process where two distinctly different plastics meet perfectly in the middle of the mold. Every Duo Mamba features a beautiful blend of opaque white Star material on one half and shimmering, translucent Metal-Flake Champion material on the other. This creates a color split that is distinctly "Duo," making every single disc a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that offers a highly unique, premium grip.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Innova Duo plastic?
Innova Duo is an innovative new molding process where Star and Metal-Flake Champion materials come together in one disc. The two plastics meet in the mold, creating a striking 50/50 color split. Not only does it look amazing, but every single disc is visually unique.
Is the Duo Mamba a good disc for beginners?
Yes! The Mamba is widely considered one of the best high-speed drivers for beginners. Because it has a massive -5 turn rating, it helps slower arms keep the disc flat and gliding longer, easily achieving a full flight without requiring massive throwing power.
What happens if I throw the Mamba into a headwind?
Because the Mamba is incredibly understable, throwing it into a headwind will cause the disc to flip completely over and burn out into the ground. It is best saved for calm days, massive tailwinds, or when you intentionally want to throw a roller!
